Fitness/Healthy and Holistic Living


I am on a journey of self discovery and healthy/holistic living. On Sunday, I decided that I was going to give up my bad eating habits and start working out. I have been jogging every day followed by some home work outs which include Abs and Cardio. Let me tell you, these workout videos really do work! I am subscribed to a youtube channel that has numerous workouts that are from 5-30+ minutes and they really put me work. My number one goal is to get my waist smaller and my abs toned. Since I've been working out I feel so much better. Cutting out junk food and eating late was really a contributing factor to me becoming out of shape and all around depressed! I also never practiced portion control and sometimes I just ate everything! I have been planning out my meals and eating at the right times. So far I am really enjoying this new journey that I am on. I am kind of obsessed with workout youtube channels(of people who are on healthy living/weight loss journeys/holistic living journeys. I created a tumblr account to help document my progess.
